In 2006, the Eustone Apartments underwent a major renovation.  The extensive remodel left ‘no stone unturned’.  Every bathroom, kitchen, plumbing, wiring, appliance, flooring, wall, window, etc was replaced.  This resulted in 28 high-quality, cozy 1-bedroom and studio apartments.  The rent amount includes utilities except for electricity.  This is a no-smoking property.  On site amenities include coin-operated laundry, a high-speed wired internet option, and a front door intercom system.  Many units also enjoy great lake and city views.  Please make sure to inquire about off-street parking, as some limited options are available.

Tenants are responsible for the monthly rent charges of $775 as well as the electric utility. Additionally, a garbage fee of $10 per occupant, along with a monthly technology fee of $6.95 per account, are applied directly to your rent charges each month. We provide a liability insurance option at $18 through our in-house policy, though tenants also have the flexibility and freedom to secure their own coverage if preferred.
