Constructed in 1911 the Wendorf is home to 3-bedroom + 1-bathroom apartments featuring classic details and styling of Duluth’s past. Each apartment features a large main living space with a decorative fireplace, a formal dining area and is complete with entry closets. The designer of the building separated the kitchen and dining room with two unique hallways creating a pantry on one side and an entry to the bathroom along the other.
