| 3. A co-signer is required if you do not have at least 1 full year of stable employment and at least 2 years of rental history. |
| 4. Co-signer information such as phone numbers and email addresses are required. |
| 5. Please contact all references on your application notifying them that a representative from ShipRock Management will be contacting them within 72 hours. This will help to expedite the approval process and ensure you get the property that you applied for. |
